DarkWater may receive contact details, organization name, public domain, selected service, and a high-level message. The public form is delivered through a third-party form service and ordinary email.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Do not submit passwords, authentication information, Social Security numbers, protected health information, privileged communications, confidential evidence, internal security findings, or personal executive identifiers through the public form.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to evaluate the request, communicate about scope, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Submission does not create a client relationship.

Website referral information

First-party session storage remembers the first recognized page visited, approved campaign labels and the originating website's origin, without its path or search terms. These details and an optional “How did you hear about us?” answer may accompany an inquiry. Unrecognized campaign values, search terms and advertising click identifiers are not retained by this feature.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” It measures recognized page views, text and call button clicks, and forms accepted by the website system. A button click does not establish that a call or text was sent, and an accepted form does not establish a paying client.

Analytics receives recognized page paths without URL queries or fragments, approved source and campaign labels, and a form category when a form succeeds. Inquiry answers, names, email addresses, phone-number values and submission references are not included in these events. Google also processes browser and device information and network data necessary to receive requests. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Your choice is remembered in this browser's local storage. If accepted, Google Analytics can set first-party measurement cookies lasting up to 90 days. Declining keeps optional analytics off. Use Privacy choices to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website; the page may reload.
